Phil Bennett Memorial Scholarship

WINNERS OF LAST YEAR'S THREE $500 SCHOLARSHIP WERE:

GREAT WORK GUYS!

The Georgia Collectors Association will be awarding up to three
scholarships  to qualifying applicants in the amount of $500 each for the best 1,000
word essays.  Candidates will complete the one page application and write an essay on one of the subjects:

“The Wise Use of Credit”or
“A Guide to Establishing a Healthy Financial Future”

The completed essays will be read and awards will be made by the Board of the Georgia Collectors Association. Please fill out and submit your application and mail or email your essay to us by April 1, 2017.  Essays that are mailed must be postmarked by April 1, 2017. Winners will be notified approximately April 20, 2017. This contest is open to high school seniors within the State of Georgia. Payment of the scholarship will be made directly to the college, university, or trade school that the student will be attending. This contest is open to all high school seniors and may include employee’s relatives and friends or employees of GCA member agencies.

Your application will be submitted electronically to our office.  Your Essay can be mailed or email to our office.  Please keep in mind all applications and essays must be received or postmarked by April 1, 2017.
